2006 Rates

$125 (Canadian) per night, including breakfast

We do not accept credit cards. We do accept cash or personal cheques.

We require a deposit of $50 (CDN) per night, maximum $100 (CDN) or $35 (US) per night, maximum $70 (US) to confirm the booking.

Cancellations within 7 days, will receive refund minus a $20.00 (CDN) per night handling charge.

We require a two night minimum stay during weekends from June 30th 2006 to September 4th 2006. However, sometimes due to bookings we may have a stranded night available on weekends and may be able to accommodate a single night booking in the peak period.

Other Information

We have refinished the original (125 yr old) pine floors and ask that guests refrain from wearing high heels and other footwear that may cause damage to the softwood.

No smoking in the residence.

Check-in time is between 3:00pm and 6:00pm unless otherwise arranged.
Check-out time 11:00 a.m.
Breakfast is served between 8:30 and 9:00 a. m., unless otherwise arranged.
