Graham and Virginia emigrated from County Antrim, Northern Ireland in March 1973. After working and living in the Toronto area, they moved to Stratford in 1976. They have two adult children. Their son, Craig, after a few trips across the Atlantic met Una Fitzgerald, a good Irish girl, and they married in Belfast, County Antrim, in August 2004. Craig graduated with an honours degree in Sports Sciences from Southbank University in London, England in June 2004. He is currently working full time while studying for his masters’ degree. Craig and Una are living in Beckenham, Kent on the outskirts of Greater London. Una is a solicitor with a London Law Firm.

Kerry, their daughter, after her own spell of globe trotting, returned to Southwest Ontario a few years ago. Kerry graduated with honours from Waterloo University with her Batchelor of Social Work in September 2005. Not wanting to be outdone by her brother, Kerry also tied the knot in 2004 with John Teahen, a civil engineer, who hails from nearby St. Marys. No trans Atlantic jaunts were required this time as they married in Stratford.  Kerry and John are living in Burlington. John works in the tunneling field and is currently in charge of a large project in downtown Toronto.

Graham, who is a Detective Sergeant, working criminal investigation, with the Stratford Police Service completed 32 years as a police officer in November 2005, while Virginia, now a full time homemaker completed 33 years of having to put up with Graham in September 2005. Graham is hoping to retire sometime early in 2006, but has other job opportunities lined up and will probably be busier than ever. Virginia, more often than not called Ginny, is counting on Graham being busier than ever.  She is a full time homemaker who enjoys making stained glass projects and custom concrete stepping stones.
